I was wondering why this isn't happening with sgminer/x11.-enable-avalon Compile support for Avalon ( default disabled ) -enable-avalon 2 Compile support for Avalon2/3 ( default disabled ) -enable-avalon 4 Compile support for Avalon4/4.1/6 ( default disabled ) -enable-avalon 7 Compile support for Avalon7 ( default disabled ) -enable-avalon 8 Compile support for Avalon8 ( default disabled ) -enable-bab Compile support for BlackArrow Bitfury ( default disabled ) -enable-bflsc Compile support for BFL ASICs ( default disabled ) -enable-bitforce Compile support for BitForce FPGAs ( default disabled ) -enable-bitfury Compile support for BitFury ASICs ( default disabled ) -enable-bitmine_A1 Compile support for Bitmine.ch A1 ASICs ( default disabled ) -enable-blockerupter Compile support for ASICMINER BlockErupter Tube /Prisma When I started off mining with dogecoin earlier this week, putting intensity = 17 from 12 boosted the hashrate from 230kh/s to 340 kh/s. From my investigation it didn't appear to be improving my mining performance.? Right now whenever I'm going to leave my computer for an extended period of time (few hours) I change the xIntensity to 100. xintensity 24 -gpu-threads 1 -no-submit-stale bat file is as follows (copied from somewhere, thus the lack of additional parameters): I get to use my PC while it is mining as well. The PC obviously is experiencing lag, but the hashrate and WU is still about the same as lower xIntensities.īelow are some screenshots: xIntensity = 5500 xIntensity = 100 xIntensity = 24Īm I right to deduce that xIntensity = 24 is probably the best setting? Seeing how increasing intensity doesn't improve hashrate. But at xIntensity = 24 (the sweet spot I found), YouTube plays fine. At xIntensity = 100, YouTube is skipping a lot of frames, and the flash player is unusable. I'm gauging usage performance by watching YouTube. However when I increase xIntensity value, the PC usage performance is impacted, while the hashrate and WU didn't change much. I realise that GPU_ALLOC makes no difference to normal PC usage, but impacts hashrate. ![]() My computer is not a dedicated mining rig, so I'm optimising for best usage performance and best mining performance at the same time. Right now I'm mining x11 coins via multipool with trademybit. Hi guys, I'm a new miner, and have a few questions.
